Evolve: Re-igniting Self & Community is leadership development for people 50+. Evolve will help you discover your unique path to making a difference and develop the skills you need to be successful.

In just eight days—one day a month—you will develop skills that will last for the rest of your life.

According to an independent evaluation of the Evolve program by Wilder Research:

. . . [A]n overwhelming majority of respondents found the [Evolve] course to be a worthwhile experience, with most reporting that the course met or exceeded their original expectations, and 98.6 percent stating they would recommend course to others.”

- Notes from February Evolve Class
  Saint Paul Evolve participants worked as a group to put together a puzzle. After the puzzle exercise was complete they discussed their insights. They discussed how different roles contributed to success, how they reacted when things were not as they expected, and how they used resources. [read more]
- Drawing Leadership for a Complex Problem
  This year’s Evolve class members each drew a picture of effective leadership for a complex problem. Then they worked in groups to create composite pictures that represented their combined thinking. The purpose was to explore approaches for addressing problems that are complex and cross ethnic, cultural, organizational and/or geographic boundaries. [read more]
- Classes Kick-Off October 14
  Evolve: Re-igniting Self & Community kicked-off at Saint Paul College and North Hennepin Community College on Friday, October 14. The first class is one of getting one’s bearings and pointing out for the rest of the course. Both sessions had great energy and wonderful people. Looking forward to session 2.
