This year’s Evolve class members each drew a picture of effective leadership for a complex problem. Then they worked in groups to create composite pictures that represented their combined thinking. The purpose was to explore approaches for addressing problems that are complex and cross ethnic, cultural, organizational and/or geographic boundaries.
